I believe great leadership is quiet consistency — showing up with clarity, raising the standard, and enabling others to do their best work. That belief has shaped my career across four countries and some of the most dynamic teams at Google, where I’ve led revenue, operations, and transformation at scale.

I’ve built high-growth programs, redefined leadership development across EMEA, and driven half a billion in revenue through operational rigor and people-first strategy. From doubling media & entertainment revenues to establishing the a learning academy, I’ve always worked at the intersection of systems and humans - designing structures that last and cultures that perform.

But work is only part of the story. I also run nortehaus, a modern retreat in rural Canada, where we welcome guests seeking pause, design, and restoration. It’s a space shaped by the same principles I value in business: thoughtful simplicity, quiet excellence, and meaningful experience.
